Narrative Fractals

Sushant used narrative fractals for telling the story "Chanda Mama Door Ke : The Untold Story" or "Chanda Mama Door Ke : Rise of a Super Man"!

Narrative fractals are a storytelling technique that tells stories using interconnected pieces. They are based on the concept of self-similarity, which means each part of the story is related to the previous part in some way.

What are narrative fractals? - Quora

Narrative fractals are a concept in narrative theory that refers to the way in which a story or plot can be broken down into smaller and smaller segments that are similar in structure or theme. This concept is used to analyze the structure of stories, and to explore how different elements of a story are connected to each other. Narrative fractals can be used to study the ways in which stories are told, and to explore how different parts of a story relate to each other.

Spiral Model of Story Engineering,

Sushant had used spiral model of story engineering as indicated in #Mindhack 7.0 Procrastination Hack and other posts like the one discussed in Lorenz Attractor (Butterfly Effect) where he used #spiral & #serpent hashtags to indicate the same. The post on Storytelling explains Spiral Model of Story Engineering along with Evolutionary Model of Storytelling.

He had used the hashtag #iteration in instagram#42 ... fabric of reality/existence, ... to indicate iterative or spiral model of story engineering (ignoring minute differences between iterative and spiral models. anyway both are evolutionary models).  Spiral & serpent were further discussed in his last interview "Awesome TV : Last Interview" which is explained in Sushant's Interviews & Speeches. He has also wore serpent T-shirt, where serpent stands for kundalini power of enlightement, in instagram#32 As long as you were ... to indicate that he is enlightening the world through his story told through spiral model of storytelling.

The picture below is the same spiral model of storytelling but following Golden Spiral or Fibonacci Spiral model.

The following tweet shows a few examples for  Golden/Fibonacci spirals in nature.

Golden spiral or Fibonacci spiral is the one indicated by Sushant in the following mindhack post through the hashtags #Fibonacci & #phi (= Golden Ratio). Where 'The Cosmic Spiral' is the spiraling story moving through the cosmos of stars or the starworld (stars = celebrities, cosmos = world, cosmos of stars = world of celebrities, starworld = celebrityworld). In the post storytelling we have identified 'The Cosmic Spiral' as story spiral or narrative vortex🌪️.

#Mindhack 7.0 Procrastination Hack

The pictorial representation of repeated patterns of the story is same as the spirals in nature shown in the previous twitter figures! These patterns or fractals repeat in a spiral manner following spiral model of storytelling.

Imagine looking at a photograph of the branching of a tree: remove any knowledge of scale or context and it would be impossible to tell whether you were looking at twig, branch or trunk; each unit replicates both a smaller and a larger one.

... Stories are built from acts, acts are built from scenes and scenes are built from even smaller units called beats. All these units are constructed in three parts: fractal versions of the three-act whole. Just as a story will contain a set-up, an inciting incident, a crisis, a climax and a resolution, so will acts and so will scenes. The most obvious manifestation of tripartite form is in the beginning, middle and end; set-up, confrontation and resolution. … What’s fascinating is that micro versions of the very same structure are performing exactly the same function on a cellular level. Stories are formed from this secret ministry; the endless replication of narrative structure is going on within acts, and within scenes.

    – John Yorke, Into The Woods

... in practical terms, it means that adopting Yorke’s approach isn’t a matter of trying to do every little thing at once. Instead, it’s about understanding that the small stuff shapes the big stuff. Get the small stuff right and it’ll add inherent structure to everything else; be true to your characters and themes on the small scale, and you’ll already have done half the larger scale work. Do the opposite – attend to the big stuff and expect the small stuff to just work itself out – and you’re doing a lot more work for a far less cohesive piece of writing.

...

If you take any archetypal story and imagine folding it over on itself at the midpoint, it’s possible to see with far greater clarity just how great story’s aspiration for symmetry is. Not only do the first part of act one and the last part of act five mirror each other, but act four becomes a mirror of act two, and one half of the third act, bisected at the midpoint, becomes a mirror image of the other. ...

...

If you’re deliberately writing incremental change and applying an understanding of fractal storytelling to build from the ground up, this type of symmetry will be natural enough that Yorke describes stories aspiring towards it. Of course, there are still conscious decisions to be made – moments where you can help symmetry bloom.

What You Need To Know About John Yorke’s Theory of Fractal Storytelling

Remember that Sushant followed bottom-up storytelling technique.

#Mindhack 17.0 Bottom-Up X Top-Down

We will not discuss in details the story elements mentioned in dramatica.

Your Plot Is a Fractal
Plot Planning with Fractals (Snowflake Method)

Sreenwriting Masterclass | Fractal Structure

Plot planning with fractals is basically nesting of acts (e.g., nesting of three acts or five acts within each nested part of the story). Anyone curious to know whether Sushant followed this type of plot planning may please explore it himself. Also, we will not do a thorough study of fractal representation of Narrative DNA Sequence. What we explore here is holographic narratives & fractals. But of course, we will discuss how acts are nested within each other like fractals (a story is consisted of acts or verbs & a story is a process of chain of acts or verbs & in Sushant's biopic story acts or verbs are nested within each others like fractals).

In the following tweet Sushant talks about a meditation technique with fractals with Binaural beats.

#SSRDream-47/150.❤️ Meditate with virtual reality (Fractals) & binaural beats. (Schumann’s Resonance)

Meditation technique  means thinking technique. Sushant is thinking of the story in terms of spiral fractal patterns uncoiling in time. Golden spiral wikipedia link also have an animated picture which resembles repetition of the fractal patterns shown in the tweet above.

Fractal geometry may just mean that we have to identify repeated fractal geometry like patterns in otherwise chaotic #SSRDreamStory narratives (posts of Sushant) by meditation to understand the real story (#SSRDream-47/150).

The following instagram posts explain how Sushant had weaved fabric of reality (or the matrix) of the starworld using narrative fractals.

instagram#52 The spectacular world of reality, ...

In the above two instagram posts Sushant might be indicating that he is providing snap shots of his stationary story through #repetitions like spirals. Same fractal patterns are repeated. That is how to meditate and understand the story told through patterns of narrative fractals. #juliaset & #mandelbrotset represent chaos. In #juliaset & #mandelbrotset minor perturbation in nearby values can result in drastic changes in the sequence of iterated function values. Even in the story minor mistakes in interpretation or decoding may result in drastic changes in understanding of the final story.

instagram#53 Brahma ...

Brahma or Shiva🔱, the creator, being at enlightened state sitting at symmetric/balanced #E8lattice, is beyond good & bad, God & Devil, hell & heaven as he is निर्गुण (= qualityless). The world with all these गुण (= qualities) is a Maya created by Brahma. Brahma or Shiva is निर्लिप्त (= detached) hence not attached to name & shame or shadow & sunlight. Shiva is advaita hence both slayer & slain or doubter & doubt. As Mahaakaala he evolves, preserves & perishes in cycles. There is a game called Aham Brahmasmi hinting that we need not take the real meaning for Brahma/Shiva but an alternate meaning. For us alternate meaning for Shiva🔱 is united power of SSRians.

instagram#85 The Avatamsaka Sutra ...

The instagram post above talks about interpenetration which is nothing but the matrix or maya or Indra's Net or इंद्रजाल. Indra's net is explained in the following websites.

Gregg Braden - Understanding Our Holographic Consciousness and Reality
~~~Indra’s Net & The Holographic Principle~~~
Indra's Net - Science and Nonduality (SAND)
Indra's Net & the Nataraja
Sushant had also weaved a metaphorical Indra's net through coding, i.e., coded narrations or narrative fractals. In Sushant's story, narrative fractals are holographic as they have nested patterns of story repeating itself. These patterns are to be decoded using holographic thinking by us (check Thinking Techniques & Intelligence). As the story is uncoiled or decoded Nataraja🔱 aka Shiva🔱 aka superman #BurningMan🔥🧑 emerges from the Flower of Life (Mandala, #E8lattice) formed through narrative fractals & unity of SSRians for Kriya Yoga (= united action).
Repeated pattern is a narrative having same meaning. Some examples for repeated patterns are narratives on excitement, living in the presence or current moment, success & failure as identified in the following posts.
Excitement & Happiness
Excitement of Living in the Presence
Success & Failure
Similarly repeated narrative patterns of bipolarity and neurotic impostor are listed in the following posts.
Sushant Was Not Bipolar
Neurotic Impostor
We can find narrative fractals in all kinds of transmedia narratives. For example, in T-shirt messages STARWARS & Celio Star Wars are repetition of the same message.
Similarly symbolic representation of colours. A colour having same meaning is used repetitively. Sushant had many T-shirts of black colour to symbolize enigma or black hole. He had indicated death or destruction by repeatedly posting the black & white pictures.
Black & White
Hashtags are another kind of repeated patterns.
Even emojis were used as narrative fractal patterns. For examples, 🎶 - blues, sorrows, music of slaves, singing/hearing music and 🦋 - positive #change or transformation.
Inter-dream Relationships of dreams also list a few repeated patterns related to dreams. Even a few dreams are repeatedly told but without much differences.
Example: #waysofseeing
As a detailed example, consider #waysofseeing which is explained in the following post. These quotes explain different #waysofseeing of #knownknowns.
Narratives, interpretations, perspectives, waysofseeing & contexts
Below are a list of different types of posts on the pattern waysofseeing.
Example: BioReplication
As another detailed example, following narrative fractal is for bioreplication. The same message is repeated with different words & sentences. Here Sushant was requesting his audiencet to become his bioreplica by decoding his coded message with different kind of wordings.
Fractals Structure of The Story
At top/macro level we know each cycle of the story repeats and hence the story is continuously told again and again. Now the question is, how are patterns nested continuously at micro/elementary level? What is the explanation for this in fractal storytelling?
Individual social media posts and then emojis, hashtags, colours, T-shirt messages, etc, are basic patterns at bottom most level. But Sushant's films are a combination of many basic narrative patterns.
At the top most level, with reference to Spiral Model of Story Engineering figure in the beginning of this post, as one cycle of the story is completed, patterns of story are repeated again in the next cycle and narration will continue forever in this manner. In the story submenu, we have covered only one cycle of "Chanda Mama Door Ke : The Untold Story" as the older version of the story is deleted by Sushant may be for the reasons mentioned in the end of storytelling post. But we can try to find out this for facebook posts as they seem to be left intact. Still we will not do this for the time being as my facebook account is suspended due to my ignorance of posting QAnon influenced anti covid-19 sentiments. So, we will not verify whether each cycle of the spiral repeats overall story in a fibonacci sequence or not. Also we will not check whether these repetition cycles follow Golden Ratio (#phi). We can just assume that distance between each turn of spiral goes on increasing as shown in the picture of Golden Spiral or Fibonacci Spiral model in the beginning of this post. Similarly, we will not discuss whether narrative fractals of Sushant can be exactly mapped to #StrangeAttractors like Lorenz Attractor or #BakerTransformation.
The study of patterns nested within patterns at middle layer of narrations requires time sequence analysis of patterns posted on the basis of publication dates. Sushant was deleting his posts now & then. Hence it may be difficult to do time sequence analysis of all social media posts. But there is a possibility that he deleted old posts as they were not meeting some of these requirements and the right version is available in undeleted instagram posts.
Actually in fractals there is nothing like top most level and bottom most level because of nesting of patterns. Bottom most layer becomes top most level and patterns get nested within again.
Let us do a nested pattern analysis on an instagram post. We do a simple analysis without going deep into story structure & theoretical details like interactive narrative despite Sushant using interactive storytelling technique. But of course we have already explored nonlinearity while decoding the story itself.
Instagram Posts List
Let us consider instagram post #14.
instagram#14 I dream to create an environment ...
🙏❤️🦋🌪🇮🇳🌏💫🔱💥 - Welcome🙏 cordially❤️ intoxicating💫 superhero #BurningMan🔱 created in India🇮🇳 & the globe🌏  by story spiral (or narrative vortex)🌪️ through enlightenment💥 of SSRians on the starworld mafia & uniting them.
The emojis ❤️, 🦋, 🌪 and 🔱 are condensed abstraction of all material discussed in the following posts.
Shiva🔱🕉️
Story, story spiral (or narrative vortex)🌪️
We can similarly come up with posts for other emojis also by clubbing together materials linked to them.
Sushant's story is about destroying evils and that is what Shiva does. We can almost say that the post on Shiva🔱🕉️ itself summarizes the entire story of Chanda Mama Door Ke : The Untold Story. Or emoji 🔱 (or the hashtag #Shiva) almost cover the entire story. The emoji 🔱 and hashtag #Shiva are nested within the overall story. This is how narrative fractals get nested within the story. This is how hologram or Indra's Net or the matrix or the fabric of reality is formed by the narrative or story.
Even if individual emoji does not stand for full story, the group of emojis like 🙏❤️🦋🌪🇮🇳🌏💫🔱💥 together summarize the full story. Or else group of emojis plus hashtags summarize the entire story.
The hashtag #chaostheory is explained in the post Chaos Theory which in turn explains the concept in the context of overall story of Chanda Mama Door Ke : The Untold Story.
The hashtag #biomimic covered in the post BioReplicator. The posts summarizes role of bioreplicas in the overall context of the story.
Another hashtag #gametheory is covered in the post Alternate Reality Game (ARG). The post explains the #gametheory in the context of overall story.
Though we don't have separate posts for other hashtags, they still either fully or partially cover overall story in a way or the other.
Also note that in fractals there is nothing like top most level and bottom most level because of nesting of patterns. Bottom most layer becomes top most level and patterns get nested again.
Patterns or Rhythms
"Rhythms & hence meanings, meanings & hence you, you & hence your life & God.. Rhythms is essence of everything & beyond." ~SSR ~quotesofssr 2
Sushant had embedded rhythms of his story hence his God or #Shiva🔱🕉️ or superhero #BurningMan🔥🧑 in his rhythmic narrations through narrative fractals.
Rhythm is the underlying principle of the universe, like a heartbeat, breathing or the cycle of the days into seasons. It derives from a Greek term meaning "to flow" and defines as a continuance or flow which is accomplished by repetition or regulated visual units. ... Reintroducing similar patterns within different areas of a frame creates a unified feeling through rhythm, called repetition.
The Essence of Design: Rhythm - Chris Paschke
Rhythm is one of the backbones of a musical composition, and it radically affects our way of experiencing the music. Rhythm is a basic element of nature, and we are highly sensitive to it. There's a rhythmic pattern in our heartbeat and our breathing, in our footsteps and our speech.
