Sushant is talking about his model for evolution of #SSRDreamStory. He is telling that his story is for bottom-up evolutionary model and it could be passed onto our #future generations as #memes through #evolution. As bottom parts are evolved their integration will lead to emergence effect. Unlike "free-floating rationales" or "competence without comprehension" Sushant wanted his story to be meditated & understood hence mentioned #CompetenceWithComprehension. The story could have created a few understanding chaos as it evolved hence old version was deleted. Of course finally fully evolved story should be as good as top-down designed perfect story just like termites mound resembling Gaudi's castle.

"Competency to predict" refers specifically to the ability to accurately guess or anticipate what will happen next based on available information, while "comprehension" is a broader term encompassing the full understanding of information, which includes the ability to predict but also involves deeper analysis, interpretation, and drawing conclusions from the information provided. ~google "competency to predict vs comphrehension"
