Rule #1: Exercise Boosts Brain Power
Exercise improves cognition for two reasons:
1. Exercise increases oxygen flow into the brain, which reduces brain-bound free radicals. One of the most interesting findings of the past few decades is that an increase in oxygen is always accompanied by an uptick in mental sharpness. ...
The brain makes up only 2 percent of our body weight, but it consumes 20 percent of the oxygen we breathe and 20 percent of the energy we consume.

What this means is that physical exercises help mental exercises by supplying more oxygen to our brain hence increasing ability of the brain to think.
"reduces brain-bound free radicals" - this will also help in having a healthy brain and hence help in performing better mental exercises.
"always accompanied by an upstick in mental sharpness" - this also means better mental performance.
Sushant's dreams are mental exercises assigned to us. In this mindhack, Sushant was driving us to perform better mental exercises through his physical exercises. He was supplying 'social oxygen' 1 2 to us to increase our mental abilities.
Sushant in the picture (actually video) is just imitating these mental exercises as physical exercises. But SSRians have to do exercises in #mentalspace or #cognitivespace. These exercises are meditating & understanding his dreams as per narratives, interpretations, perspectives, waysofseeing & contexts.
My morning starts with some form of exercise, and I give two hours - from 5:30 to 7:30 A.M. - to my personal fitness. ~SSR ~dreamgirlalps
My exercise regime is a mix of gymming, marital arts, sports, etc. ~SSR ~brainyquote
I am aware that the word "exercise" is mentioned in two more posts of Sushant. An instagram post & a facebook post. But in these cases exercises mean mental or cognitive exercises rather than mere physical exercises. This includes gymming, marital arts, sports (cricket, tennis, ping pong, archery etc) mentioned in the above quote also.
