Most probably Sushant visited the college hostel to check to what an extent POSCO rules are implemented in college hostel.

But let us list here two possibilities.

1. Sushant visited his Alma Mater to find out to what an extent Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POSCO) Act policies are implemented.

2. Sushant wanted to clone himself in the students of Delhi College of Engineering so to unify (yogic union) them & achieve the glory of creating #superhero #BurningMan🔥🧑 who is the destroyer of #Orion😈. Was it neccessary to visit hostel for this purpose?
